## What is Bilanc?

Bilanc is an engineering analytics platform that gives engineering leaders visibility into how their teams work. It connects to your existing tools — GitHub, Jira, Linear, Cursor, and more — and surfaces metrics like cycle time, review speed, output estimates, and AI adoption across your organisation.
